A session with a real user. We measure sessions, not messages, so one long helpful conversation costs no more than a short one.
Is there a setup fee?
On Growth and above, we build your first knowledge base with you as part of onboarding. Ask about current setup-fee details on your call.
Can we change tiers?
Yes, up or down, monthly. Most customers start on Growth and move up once Agentic Actions prove themselves.
